This calls for high level of involvement at every stage and this in itself creates a huge learning opportunity. I have been promoted as Sales Manager in less than 4 years of joining as a Sales Engineer. This is one of my greatest professional achievements and some of the key achievements I am proud of are:
a) A leading hospital project with 9 elevators & 2 escalators is a very prestigious order. It is a 19 storey hospital and required a lot of support from HO, Supply line and front line to make it happen. A great way to express ‘Winning together” to “Delight the customer”.
b) Single point of contact for another high-end customer, wherein all the stakeholders had to work together to support timely execution of the project. Once again great team work that kept us moving ahead
